During our time together, I will help you address roadblocks with greater inner awareness and self-compassion. This won’t be a linear process – whenever you are fully engaged in creating your life, you will go through a range of human emotions and sensations, but you have the capacity to find support within, which we will cultivate together moment by moment throughout the therapeutic process.
I draw from a range of treatment approaches tailored to your specific needs such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, emotion-focused therapy, the Gottman method for couples, and solution-focused therapy.
My expertise lies in several areas, including anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, life transitions, grief, phobias, couples work, and post-immigration challenges. Each of these areas holds a special place in my heart, and I am fully committed to using an anti-oppressive and anti- racism practice to support you.
Given that you are the author of your own life, I strive to provide a space for you to be actively engaged in the therapy process. My hope is that our collaborative efforts will empower you to connect to your inner experience with gentle curiosity, paving the way for a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

As life unfolds, we face challenges that require us to adjust and adapt. Therapy can help us gain a clearer understanding of the obstacles and learn new ways of overcoming them to create the life that we want. I work with individuals who are struggling with low mood, anxiety, stress, grief, anger, relationship issues, low self esteem and self-criticism, among others. In sessions, I strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment to explore difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, to gain a greater sense of clarity and to feel empowered to change the things that are limiting your connection to self and others.
Together, we can work on exploring and developing the tools that you need to reach your potential as a unique and valuable individual.
